This acrylic sealant has bee tested to probe fire intumescent properties. It is supplied in a cartridge to be used with sealant gun. Dried on air. Its fluidness allows it to be used either in small or big slots. It sticks on a wide range of materials and it can be painted.

Features

- It is intumescent up from 250 ºC.
- Its elasticity allows to balance the expansion of the structure where was placed.
- White or grey are the standard colours (it can be painted).
- Good resistance to ultraviolet radiation.
- Store temperture: 5 to 30 ºC
- It must be used immediately before it is opened.

Uses. MACRI putty can be used to fill various gaps such as:

- To fix metal frames to wall.
- Expansion joints.
- It can be used in passages of wires and pipes.
- Union between wall and fire resistant grill or fire damper.
- Air tighness in air ducts.

How to use it

- Surfaces must be clean and free of grease. It is necessary to wet porous surfaces to ensure a good stickiness.
- Use one line of MACRI in each side of the wall.
- Prevent air bubbles in the line of mastic.
- MACRI dries in 20 minutes. It can be painted 48 hours before it is applied.
