Optimized circular fire damper with a minimum fire resistance of 60 minutes, available in small diameters (starting from 100 mm). a minimal pressure loss is guaranteed thanks to the thin blade, the fusible link aligned with the blade, and the transmission located outside the tunnel
- Easy to install.
- Optimal free air passage and minimal pressure loss.
- Optimal acoustic performance.
- Higher net building volume.
- air-tightness class C according to EN1751,Ç
CR60+MFUS : Circular fire damper CR60 with the automatic unlocking mechanism MFUS. It unlatches the damper blade when the temperature in the duct rises above 72ºC. Due to the rise in temperture the fusible link melts. This causes an armed internal torsiion spring to unwind and thereby release the damper blade into its safety position (closed). The fusible link must be replaced after functioning.
The damper can be unlocked manually to test the proper functioning of the mechanism. The damper must be reset manually.
CR60+MMAG : Circular fire damper CR60 with the fusible link of the upgradeable unlocking mechanism MMAG. It automatically unlatches the damper blade when the temperature in the duct rises above 72ºC. the fusible link must be replaced after functionning. It is easy to upgrade the automatic MMAG mecanism into a:
- Remote controlled mechanism: the optional magnet kit V MMAG FDCU enables electrical unlocking from distance. The damper must be reset manually. There are two options:
- VD: by sending an electrical impulse.
- VM: by interrupting the power supply to the magnet.
-Motorised mechanism: with the kit ME MMAG, the damper can additionally be reset from distance.
-By adding an end and beginning of range switch to the mechanism, the position of the blade (open or closed) can be controlled remotely.
A quick upgrade is possible thanks to the use of a click system and screws that are easy to fasten.
CR60+BFL(T) : Circular fire damper CR60 with the spring return actuator BFL(T). When powered, the actuator moves the damper blade into its stand-by position. When the power is interrupted, the internal armed spring brings the damper blade back into its safety position (closed). The (included) beginning and end of range switches indicate the position of the damper blade. It is equiped with a fusible link (T) that interrupts the power supply when temperature in the duct exceeds 72ºC.
